Being a life-long resident of Greenbrier County, Joyce’s desire is to be a leader in health and wellness for her community and state. Her role within the CRCH is in grant/budget financial management, community outreach, providing day-to-day administrative support to the department, and supervising the AmeriCorps program. Her outreach role is to develop, implement, and offer youth programs to public and private schools, community groups and organizations, and to collaborate with other similar organizations to better the health and welfare of the citizens of West Virginia.
